kadima

TTEUSY, with the mascot of the Loony Toon Tasmanian Devil, is Temple Torat Emet’s chapter of youth group. The active chapter is close to 40 annual members strong and is run by an elected student board that is overseen by the Director of Youth Activities. Programs are at least monthly and participate in temple-wide holiday celebrations as well. Whether it be social action, religion, sports, games, Israel, crafts, or culture, there are events for every interest.

Kadima is the international youth organization for Jewish pre-teens in middle school, sponsored by the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism.

Kadima at Temple Torat Emet hosts the weekly Kadima Kanteen snack fundraiser, monthly local programming on and off campus, as well as leadership training and convention opportunities with other Kadima chapters in the South East Florida sub-region.

Pre-teens love being reunited with summer camp friends with our year round programming and meeting new friends.
